Sing Out Strong is a multi-year community-based project in which we reach out to ordinary people in our community and commission them to write texts on activist themes that resonate with them personally. This season, we explore voting as freedom, in anticipation of the upcoming general election. The community's texts will be set to music to make songs which will tour Boston's neighborhoods. Stay tuned for where and when these songs will be coming to your neighborhood!

White Snake Projects' 2023-2024 programming is supported by a generous grant from the Mellon Foundation. Our programming is also supported the National Endowment for the Arts, the Mass Cultural Council, the Boston Cultural Council, Reopen Creative Boston Fund, administered by the Mayor's Office of Arts and Culture and the Ditson Fund.
