Journeying with ALS: Finding voice in Art, Music, and Technology

Join us at Lesley University on September 13 at 6 PM to explore the intimate connection between ALS and creativity through the art of Jon Imber, the revered New England painter who recently passed away from ALS; through the new opera PermaDeath whose hero, Sonny has been diagnosed with ALS; and through the technology invented to better patients’ lives.

Panel participants include:

The panel discussion will also include excerpts from PermaDeath, featuring members of the cast and musicians. A wine reception will follow at 7:30 PM, hosted by Lesley Art + Design at the Lunder Arts Center with a viewing of portraits by renowned NE artist, Jon Imber, Raizes Gallery, Lunder Arts Center.
