Phil Hartsfield

Phil Hartsfield is a father and writer. He is currently incarcerated in Illinois serving what amounts to a life sentence. He recently passed his review board to earn his bachelor’s degree from Northeastern Illinois University’s University Without Walls college program. He is now pursuing graduate school.
