Nate Weaver is a lighting designer and musician. He joins White Snake Projects as Arts Administrator after 9 years of venue-based production, lighting design, and artist housing work. He has done lighting for Yo-Yo Ma, Sony, A Far Cry, Dover Quartet, The Bacon Brothers, Joseph, Ballroom Thieves, Béla Fleck, Sierra Hull, Chris Thile, Sarah Jarosz, Jason Moran, Lizz Wright, Cyrille Aimée, Pat Metheny, Grace Kelly, Lionel Loueke, Chucho Valdéz, Chamber Music Society of Lincoln Center, Christian McBride, Kenny Barron, Wu Man, Chick Corea, Wynton Marsalis and Jazz at Lincoln Center Orchestra, Regina Carter, Bobby McFerrin, Boston Children’s Chorus, CODA, Jake Shimabukuro, Jussi Reijonen, Boston Conservatory, Exit Dance Theatre, and more. nate works with area students in the (unrefined) art of improvisational concert lighting design. Originally from the Blufflands of Wisconsin near the Mississippi River, he lives in Gloucester, MA with his kids and cats and swims in the ocean year-round.
