Maggie Dore is the Director of Leasing for Breakthrough Properties, where she leads leasing strategy across the firm’s East Coast portfolio, encompassing approximately ~1.3 million square feet, with an additional one million+ square feet of future development. In this role, she is responsible for leasing execution, market positioning, and building long-term relationships with biotechnology and pharmaceutical clients, while partnering closely with development, asset management, and capital teams to support BTP’s growth objectives. Prior to joining Breakthrough Properties, Maggie worked at JLL as a commercial real estate broker focused on the life science sector, representing owners and developers on over 2 million rentable square feet of active listings and advising biotech and pharmaceutical companies on their real estate strategies. Originally from Boston, Maggie holds a B.A. from the College of the Holy Cross.
