Amanda Saker is a game artist and animator living in Portland, Maine. While her work encompasses a variety of mediums and subjects, Amanda’s years of experience as a veterinary technician have given her a unique insight into animal movement and she specializes in quadruped animation. In addition to game art and animation, Amanda enjoys working in acrylic and oil, and painting the Maine coast, landscapes, and pets. In May 2020, Amanda graduated with honors from Maine College of Art. Her most recent projects include Rage Rider II, a heavy metal fueled, Viking inspired side scroller, and Roller Riot, an action-packed, roller derby inspired mobile game. Outside of the art world, Amanda enjoys cooking, indoor gardening, and exploring the Maine outdoors with her rescue dog, Rye Bread.
